About Koster

When I was young, I tought that Electricity was the coolest thing on earth. Playing around with wires, switches, resistors, transistors, etc.

One day, my father bought an Acorn Electron, our first computer. I taught myself to program using Basic. From that moment on I have programmed using GW-Basic, Quick Basic, Pascal, C, C++, PowerBASIC, a little Java and Delphi.

Now, over 25 years later I still occasionally do some programming, mainly for fun. Now mainly in Python and PureBASIC.

4 days a week I work for¬†a very nice¬†accounting firm in the ‘Achterhoek’ (a part of the Netherlands), and one day a week I work for my own company.
